Why Virtual TSM?

  • What motivates you to join TSM?

I would like to get to know more about how the technology company becomes successful, the challenges they faced as well as the Dos and Don't.

  • Where would you like to visit virtually?

Silicon Valley/ Seoul. Else any place because I'm more interested in learning in this virtual TSM. 🤩

Starting a business

  • What types of business interest you? An innovative business idea that is able to improve people's lives.
  • What plan do you have in starting a business? (list existing business)

Back in 2017, a group of my friends and I were trying out on a business idea mentored by our polytechnic lecturer. We went through a long process of empathizing stage and defining user requirements. However, situation happened when we came into the prototyping stage thus causing the team to not able to progress. Nevertheless, it was a good first-time experience in starting up a technopreneurship. "Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, THIS time more intelligently. - Hendry Ford"

Past Experiences (optional)

INTERNSHIPS
1. Singapore Exchange Ltd (SGX) - Business Excellence | Business Delivery Partners | Operations Collaborated with multiple stakeholders to analyze the issues each department faced in the daily business process and reinvent the forms to solve those issues. It has improved the company BAU processes significantly as the forms were reinvented into their needs.

PROJECTS
1. Sing Health - Enhance the current features of a mobile application with a web-based administrator interface. Handle a large volume of resident data and reduced 100% usage of hardcopy forms to increase the efficiency of the company evaluation process through digital transformation.

  • Handle a large volume of resident data
  • Reduce data reporting errors by improving company processes through digital transformation
  • Digital transformation allows the company to reduce 100% usage of hardcopy forms (save trees)
  • Increase the efficiency of the resident evaluation process as previously staffs were unable to read doctor's handwriting

Through this project, we completed Wireframes, Website Design, Usability Testing, Agile software development cycle, and setting up servers.

What keeps you ticking?

  • The best part of life is the opportunity to learn something new every day. Just when you think you know it all, you realised you didn't know a thing.
