Why TSM South Korea?

  • What motivates you to join TSM?

Having interned at Singtel- one of the largest ICT firms in the Asia- I realised that MNCs are laden with process bottlenecks and inefficiencies, simply due to their vast size. This is often overlooked and the problem is left unaddressed as the company still reaps a significant profit even without solving these problems. These issues are often nonexistent in SMEs and startups though, as for these smaller firms, being efficient and working at optimal productivity is essential to ensure survival.
