Why Virtual TSM?
- What motivates you to join TSM?
Growing up in a family of entrepreneur, it has always been one of my aspirations to start my own business. Since young, I enjoy observing the world and come out with innovative solutions to solve problems. After coming into university, I had the chance to be involved in technical projects and participated in various competitions. I also had an opportunity to work for a tech startup last year where I was exposed to the dynamic and highly motivated working culture. All these experiences had grown my interest in “Technoprenuership” and I would love to explore more of it through this opportunity. Joining TSM would certainly widen my perspective of what it really means to problem-solve and I also hope it will inspire me even more to want to start my own technological business. Thus, I believe this would be a very good opportunity for me to be further grow myself with great startup insights and wisdom, as I get to learn more about how these “initial start-ups” grows into one of the top few companies in the world today.

“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” - Albert Einstein. It is personally one of my favourite quotes. I believe that in a fast-paced and dynamic society we are living in today, I do not want to always stay comfortable in my zone as there are countless opportunities out there in the world which enables us to make a difference, one step at a time.
