Why TSM New York City?

• What motivates you to join TSM? I want to experience what New York is like and what big tech/big banks are doing! Innovate and make more successful start-up than them by finding out their secret sauce!

• Why pick New York City? There is where all the actions is. Companies such as Spotify, Airbnb, Apple, MongoDB, IBM, R3, consenSys, facebook, Mastercard, Microsoft and Salesforce! All such exciting companies to check out and learn from.

I've talk to a guy from New York and he says that the pace of life is even faster than Singapore. Really excited as it will be my first time to the USA. I believe I've so much to learn and gain from this trip.

Starting a business

• What types of business interest you?

Technology-based that will change the way we do things. Application companies such as Facebook, Google, Spotify, Uber, Grab, Red Mart, Airbnb etc.

• What plan do you have in starting a business?

Currently working on a new application #tradesecret Carousell business selling monitor mounts and tech products. Learnt how hard it is to start a business and make a profit. Learn from the top tech executives and understand how they think differently from the average joe. Then we'll be able to create unicorns like them.
