Why TSM New York City?[edit]

What motivates you to join TSM? I would like to find out more about the startup culture in New York. I have been exposed to various startups in South East Asia but would like to broaden my horizon and learn from startups in the US. This is also because the US market is more mature and have learnings relevant to Singapore.

Why pick New York City? As mentioned, US market is more mature, and I believe it has useful takeaways for Singapore. In addition, New York has a vibrant culture of growth for both marketing and IT based technology that I would like to know more from. Starting a business[edit] What types of business interest you? I’m interested in tech companies that can provide value to customers like myself, or businesses that use tech to improve on current ways of living. What plan do you have in starting a business? (list existing business) I would like to do something in the fashion industry. Past Experiences (optional)[edit] Prior to this, I have worked at a tech company called ShopBack which has strong presence in SEA. I was also part of IIE PEELI program where we were exposed to the startup culture in China. What keeps you ticking?[edit] Knowing that life is short and that everyday is meant to be seized Life.
