Why TSM Hong Kong?
- What motivates you to join TSM? I want to learn about what drives people to start technological enterprises, their business philosophies, stories, and challenges, in a context outside of Singapore. TSM would also be my first overseas experience with SMU.
- Why pick Hong Kong? Hong Kong has a culture that is unique from most other Chinese cultures, having been a British colony for 100 years and still finding its identity since its reunification with Mainland China. Their people, business and political systems hence embody the best of both Chinese and Western thought.
Starting a business
- What types of business interest you? Technological businesses that aid urban design, especially in building inclusive, creative and loveable cities.
- What plan do you have in starting a business? I currently manage and lead an 8-year old music company that provides string music to weddings and corporate events. I would like to start a business that uses immersive technologies to aid arts and culture production, improve access to our shared heritage, and boost tourism in Singapore.
