Why Virtual TSM?
- What motivates you to join TSM?
I want to join the TSM Silicon Valley program because Silicon Valley is where all the startup action happens. I'm eager to gain real-world exposure to entrepreneurship by meeting and learning from like-minded individuals. This program isn't just about theory; it's about connecting with the heart of entrepreneurship, and I'm excited to be a part of it.
- Where would you like to visit?
I want to visit tech giants like Google and Meta, but also check out the newer players like Discord and Karat, who are diving into the future of work. Y-Combinator, the world's best startup accelerator, is also on my must-visit list.
Starting a business
- What types of business interest you?
I'm into businesses that make life better for people. Whether it's cool products or useful services, I'm all about making everyday life more awesome.
I also believe tech is the way to go in today's digital world. Businesses using smart tech not only stay in the game but also make things more efficient and exciting. I'm interested in companies that mix things up by using tech to create stuff that's both helpful and up-to-date.
I'm excited about ideas that bring together making life better and using the latest tech to do it. It's about cool stuff that makes a real difference while staying ahead in the tech game.
- What plans do you have in starting a business?
I'm into two cool projects. First up is Hyremi, where we're shaking things up in the gig economy. Instead of gig workers waiting forever to get paid, our platform lets them grab their earnings right away. Super convenient! We're also fortunate to be part of SMU BIG Incubation Program (August 2023 Cohort).
Then, there's Mailbean. It's a project with my friend, and we're building a library of screenshots of real emails. Sounds simple, but it's a goldmine for marketers. It's like having a cheat sheet of successful marketing campaigns.
These projects are all about making life easier for gig workers and giving marketers a secret weapon. I'm excited to see where these journeys take us!
