Course Coordinator & GO Relations	Benjamin	Oversees everything. The buck stops here. Overall responsible for the course.
Pre-Trip Planners
Itinerary Planner	Organization - Your Name, Cultural & Event - Your Name, Itinerary - Your Name,	Organization (manage which type of min/10 companies to visit; get a good mix of IT, Fintech, Gaming/Media/Content, Social Enterprise, etc.; assign teams to startups, incubators/VC, forum/media, University; keep progress/status of teams contacting companies; update organization wiki page;). Must be a go getter, keep pushing for progress, able to knock on doors and have lots of contact. Cultural & Event (search for cultural and events happening such as Educational Sights, Cultural immersions, Local happenings, Seminars, Tech show, Conferences, Forums, Talks, Farmers Markets, Product Release, Museums, Science centres, City tours, etc; manage trip welfare and fun factor). Must be happy go lucky person with a sense of adventure. Try out exciting new things in a happening city. Itinerary (google map out all visit locations with min travel time, set global time slot for each visit, update wiki itinerary page). Must be very organise with timing, constraints and logistics. Navigation and street smart.
Trip support	Finance - Excel Spreadsheet - Your Name, Collect Money - Your Name, Insurance (Covid-19 related) - Your Name, Attendance - Your Name, Room assignments/daily check in at night - Your Name, Indemnity forms/Telegram - Your Name, Room assignments/daily check in at night - Your Name, Travel Agent/Hotel information - Your Name,	Finance (collect, pay, distribute, foreign exchange, petty cash, liaison with SMUX, etc). Insurance (source and review supplementary insurance for Covid-19 that is not covered in SMU insurance). Attendance (class/trip attendance, room assignments/daily check in at night/collect indemnity and other forms/Setup telegram). Travel agent liaison (collect information for travel agent, research on hotel selection, etc).
Trip Documentors
Wiki Editor	Your Name,	Manage this wiki (Cast & Roles, Project Teams, Organization and Reflection). Create templates for reflection, team and organization. Make sure all links are connected and up to date. Itinerary planners will manage the itinerary page. Each member will update their teams, organization and reflection pages.
Photographer/Videographer	Class photos - Virtual visit photos and screenshots - ( storyboard/scripts, video grapher, editor ) Your Name,	Take all the photos/videos in class and during the virtual trip. Must have photography and editing (photo shop skills). Post them all in wiki and Facebook
Social Media Managers & Journalist	Social Media Facebook, Journalist - writer Your Name,	To post and update Social Media pages, and write articles about our virtual visits to companies etc.
Designer	Logo/banner - Token/Gift - Your Name,	Artistic talent. And not the Power Point kind. Logo for wiki banner, letters, etc. Manage organization token/gift and banner (carry during trip)
