To reduce cost, we have no TA this term. Thus, everyone must chip in to help out with the organisation.

Course Coordinator	Benjamin	Oversees everything. The buck stops here.
GO helper		Overall responsible for the itinerary and finance
Pre-Trip Planners
Treasurer	Wan Tat Loong (Alan)	This year budget -- Last year budget here. Must have accounting skill. Need to be meticulous. Especially keeping some petty cash. Liaison with SMU finance and reports to IIE.
Seoul Companies	Pham Thu Ha , Sharon Yeo	Organise companies to visit. Check out EDB, IE, campus satellite and other Singapore connections.
Itinerary Planner	Wu BingWen,Benjamin, Gabriel Leong Keeping track of rooms and occupants - Tan Siying	Manage all itinerary planning. Must be very organise with timing and constraints. Will liaison with travel agent and tour guide. Must be able to think quick in case schedule changes and lost directions
Entertainment/Welfare/Foodies/Hotel Info/Logistics	Entertainment and Welfare - Koh Bi Fang, Valerie Chang Wei Feng Hotel Information and Logistics - Ng Shi Min (interpreter), Lim Wei Yang, Peh Zu Cheng Foodies - Ng Yew Hwee Jack	Fun loving, cheer leader, never stressed out, shining bright light everyday, don't worry, be happy. Plan for an excursion.
Lobang king or queen	Seow Zi-Hua	Able to get great deals. Do miscellaneous things and knows where to get Organisation Token & printing (Banner & T-shirt). Will carry the banner,
Trip Documentors
Wiki Editor	Hosanna Petra, Thandar Wai Myint, Koh May	Manage this wiki and all it's details. Able to assign pages to others, review and update links.
Photographer	Lim Junyang Leon, Koh Shao Jun	Take all the photos before and during the trip (company visits). Must have photography and editing (photo shop skills). Post them all in wiki and Facebook
Videographer	Koh Shao Jun, Soh Seng Chian (Kenneth)	Take all the videos before and during the trip (company visits). Must have video and editing skills. Post them all in wiki and Facebook
Social Media Managers & Journalist	Peh Zu Cheng, Koh Bi Fang, Sithu Kyaw	To post and update Social Media pages, and to take down notes of our visits to companies etc. during our trip to Silicon Valley
Designer	Ng Shi Min, Koh May	Artistic talent. And not the Power Point kind.
