Its semiconductor, automobile, shipbuilding, steel making, and IT industries are on the leading edge in global markets. Other than the achievement of its technology development,Korean dramas, movies, and music are attracting many audiences in Asian countries and beyond, creating what is being called the "Korean Wave." What motivates you to join TSM?
I believe that TSM will allow me to learn new things not only from the class but also from the real working industry. It's quite a great opportunity for me to broaden my perspectives and learn from the best people in the industry. I would like to visit these companies and learn their business strategies and advanced technologies. Moreover, I also want to have the chance to know possible challenges they may have and how technology can actually solve the problems.
Why pick South Korea ?
South Korea is one of the driving forces in technology development in Asia pacific. Today, Korea is an industrial nation standing tall on the world stage. Its semiconductor, automobile, shipbuilding, steel making, and IT industries are on the leading edge in global markets. Other than the achievement of its technology development,Korean dramas, movies, and music are attracting many audiences in Asian countries and beyond, creating what is being called the "Korean Wave." I believe that I will definitely benefit a lot by being able to join this study mission to Korea.
