| − | I've dipped my toes into the business pool a few times! My sister used to have a company selling terrariums and sustainable household items, and I used to sell merchandise and manage booths at some events. I used to think that vendors often followed their own set of rules, but when I interacted with a handful of vendors outside of Singapore, nearly all of them had different methods and varying perspectives when it came to handling products and clients.

| − | Because of that, I personally feel that residing in Singapore has given me a narrowed view when it comes to entrepreneurship and start-up culture. I would love to learn about how the outside world operates and responds to changes that occur so frequently thanks to the internet! Plus, Japan has always fascinated me with their unique user interfaces and it would be a great experience to learn about their thought processes during ideation and development.

More specifically, conventions like Public Garden and Artcade where independent artists can gather and sell merchandise, as well as spread their love for their works. Another one would be Alternate Universe SG, a manufacturing-retail business where artists can approach them to produce physical goods of their art and sell them!

It's not easy to be out there in Singapore where booths are expensive and it's difficult to be noticed, so I would love to create a site specifically dedicated to such merchandise.
