I am a smiley and easy-going person. One of my hobbies is cooking. I spend a lot of my free time on YouTube watching cooking videos and I try my best to recreate them. For example, I baked my own bread before which was quite an interesting experience – from mixing the flour, kneading the dough and proofing it. On hindsight, I think that cooking, in many ways, are linked to entrepreneurship – where you get to play boss and create flavors and textures, making adjustments and watching the effects.
