Previously, I worked on an e-commerce business with two business partners. Our key focus was to specialize in Korean products; importing products such as food, articles of clothing and stationaries from Thailand, Korea, and China. Currently, I am working with my SMU business partner to import and repackage health food products to sell it at a lower price as compared to competitors. At the same time, I am looking to work with Fintech-specialists to create a platform that will streamline the process of searching for the right investments.<br>

Past Experiences

  • During my first year in SMU, I was appointed as the Director of Events at Eagles Inc, an entrepreneurship club that works actively with IIE Singapore. Our collective aim is to cultivate entrepreneurship in students; nurturing and aiding their passion by organising workshops and networking events to assist them in their start-up journey in SMU. I had the privilege to organize several events where we invited start-up founders to guide students and share insights on their respective industries. Additionally, my prior experience allowed me to spearhead the P.A.K Challenge’s competition design team as the Director, where we sought to discover the most validated and executable business ideas by SMU students. Being able to inspire, encourage, and establish the next generation of student entrepreneurs motivates me to increase my contributions towards SMU Eagles Inc. Moving forward, I have been appointed as the Vice President for the club as I embark on my second year in SMU. I hope to improve the events organised for our members to continue benefiting their entrepreneurial endeavours and become successful entrepreneurs during their journey with us.
