Why TSM South Korea
While being smaller than the state of New York, In both 2015 and 2016, South Korea was given the No. 1 spot in Bloomberg Innovation Index. I would like to better understand how start-ups are coping, especially in the IT industry where new technologies are continuously being innovated.
