Why Virtual TSM?
- What motivates you to join TSM?
Having been on mostly public sector and research internships (#techforpublicgood), I've developed a deep understanding of their work pace and culture. However, I'm eager to challenge myself and experience the dynamic work culture of a startup. I would like to take this opportunity and immerse myself in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Where would you like to visit?
It is my dream to rent an old white two door corolla with black accents and drive in a mountain pass delivering tofu.
Starting a business
- What types of business interest you?
Being immersed in the realm of Cybersecurity, I find businesses that provide domain knowledge and expertise to their clients especially important. Companies like Blackpanda, GroupIB offer expertise and knowledge in-house teams are unable to provide. Being able to focus on a single domain and doing well is something i aspire to achieve.
- What plans do you have in starting a business?
When my bond ends, my goal is to have acquired extensive knowledge and skills in the cybersecurity industry, with the aim of establishing my own consultancy firm. With this, I hope to provide high-quality cybersecurity services tailored to the specific needs of SMEs and startups, helping to protect their digital assets from the ever-evolving threat landscape. I strongly believe that cybersecurity is not a matter of if, but a matter of when. Only 15% of firms surveyed globally are equipped to defend against online threats: Cisco. All companies, regardless of size, should prioritize security to avoid data breaches, financial loss, and reputational damage.
