I would like to know how start-up companies work as I am interested in taking up an job/internship in SMEs to get as much experience as I can. Also, I would like to understand how business owners think. I believe that entrepreneurship courses does not necessarily impart only entrepreneurship skills. I think it also teaches people to be better followers, to think in the shoes of their bosses and offer up ideas that would be in-line with their bosses'/firms' business direction. As such, I find that TSM is the perfect opportunity to learn and gain insights. Why TSM South Korea?
- What motivates you to join TSM?
I would like to know how start-up companies work as I am interested in taking up an job/internship in SMEs to get as much experience as I can. Also, I would like to understand how business owners think. I believe that entrepreneurship courses does not necessarily impart only entrepreneurship skills. I think it also teaches people to be better followers, to think in the shoes of their bosses and offer up ideas that would be in-line with their bosses'/firms' business direction. As such, I find that TSM is the perfect opportunity to learn and gain insights. I can expose myself and broaden my perspectives.
