| − | I am a smiley and easy-going person. One of my hobbies is cooking. I spend a lot of my free time on YouTube watching cooking videos and I try my best to recreate them. For example, I baked my own bread before which was quite an interesting experience – from mixing the flour, kneading the dough and proofing it. On hindsight, I think that cooking, in many ways, are linked to entrepreneurship – where you get to play boss and create flavors and textures, making adjustments and watching the effects. From there, we can be as creative as we may want and learn from our mistakes or success.
