- For me, a lot of things motivate me, my passion, my dream to achieve a fulfilling career journey, my parent's support. I'm naturally self-motivated as well because I can't stand not doing anything and I can't stand routine work so I try to do things differently and in my own way so that it doesn't discourage me.
