Scope of Work
The scope of work can be split 4 key phases. The first phase would be establishing the parameters of the project (from Week 0 to Week 2). During this phase, we would be in close contact with our sponsors, culminating in the milestone of our project proposal. The second phase would be the preparation of the data (from Week 2 to Week 8). Here, we would have obtained the data and we would employ various techniques to clean and make sense of the data. The third phase would be building the model (Week 8 to Week 12). With the understanding of the data, we will create a model, following several rounds of iterations. The final phase would be delivery of findings (Week 13 to Week 14). Here we would summarise our key findings for presentation.
