Meeting Minutes consist of documentation of all official meetings amongst our team, Instructor, and Client. These meeting minutes aim to provide a clear and concise document for the team to refer to when they want to recall what was discussed and want to recall the work that was assigned to each respective team mate. It also serves as a summary of the project status and current tasks on hand when a team mate is absent from a meeting. If a team mate is absent- it is still on the onus of the team to update the absent team mate, along with sharing the meeting minutes.
