Project Timeline
The project tasks have been put into a PERT Diagram, as shown below. This allows us to understand the flow of our project tasks from now until Week 15. Also, from such a timeline diagram, we will be able to identify parallel tasks that have float time, so as to better allocate our time and resources for this practicum.
