Internal Meetings

Date	Overview
9 October 2014	Brainstorm on the various possible projects the team could proceed on with URA.
21 October 2014	Drew out the various modules for the project and assigned the tasks for the projects accordingly.
29 October 2014	Created a rough sketch of the user-interface of the application.
1 November 2014	Went through presentation slides for acceptance and need to make more improvements on that.
4 December 2014	Clarified on project scope and deployment of the application with URA, as well as collating the team's schedule and the assignment of tasks to team members for the upcoming iteration
6 January 2015	Update on current progress, looked through past projects for inspirations and clarified doubts on data-visualization module.
15 January 2015	Update on current progress and feedback on the current development of the charts.
22 January 2015	Feedback on data-visualization module, need to improve on visualizing of data to allow better analyzing of data through identifying outliers and making use of percentile lines.
26 January 2015	Walked through presentation slides for supervisor and sponsor meeting.
5 February 2015	Ironed things out regarding accessibility application to be incorporated in the project, and using of PostGIS - to process layers and methodology of calculating the accessibility score.
12 February 2015	Updated project manager on current progress and discussed on new layout for User Interface design.
17 February 2015	Updated project manager on current progress and reviewed on the tasks based on the current efforts by the team.
5 March 2015	Discussed about the methodology on accessibility layer.
12 March 2015	Went through updated user interface of the application and found some bugs as we demo-ed the application to each other.
19 March 2015	Reviewed on accessibility methodology.
26 March 2015	Reviewed on final product of the application.

Supervisor Meeting

Date	Overview
30 October 2014	The first meeting was discussed on the scope of the project offered by URA, identified stakeholders, looked through data given and researched on the different web services available for the project.
14 January 2015	Ironed out on supervisor's marking requirements for the team and settled on a common time and day for the team's fortnightly supervisor meeting. Went through with the supervisor on the team's progress and received feedback accordingly.
27 January 2015 Slides	Presented team's current progress with slides and plans on what the team will be executing during their sponsor meeting. Received feedback on the creating the project's development based on phases, not iterations; As-Is and To-Be model to show a clearer comparison of the current issues faced followed by the proposed solution.
10 February 2015 Slides	Updated current progress with supervisor. Feedback on the X-Factor for the project: it has to be understandable in business terms and not technical terms; there should be consistency in naming the modules too.
18 February 2015 Slides	Did a walk-through on the Mid-Term presentation with supervisor.
3 March 2015 Slides	Updated supervisor on the Mid-Term review. Supervisor advised us on the direction of our project and our application design.
24 March 2015 Slides	Went through accessibility methodology with supervisor and did a walk-through of the application. Received useful feedback on areas that can be improved on.
7 April 2015 Slides	Did a walk-through on the final presentation slides.

Sponsor Meeting

Date	Overview
9 October 2014	The first meeting with URA was spent discussing what projects URA has thought of for the team's FYP project and then propose them to the FYP coordinator.
28 October 2014	The team was given a clear set of issue faced by the Property Market Research group, who is the team's project sponsor. The issue faced is that there are a lot of data in the current REALIS system. However, presentation of the data is not intuitive and hence, it is the team's responsibility to create an application to resolve this issue.
28 January 2015 Slides	Purpose of the meeting was to recap the objective of the project and reiterate through the team's proposed ideas for the current REALIS system. The sponsors also provided feedback on what has to be improved based on the visualizations and charts used.
12 February 2015 Slides	Conducted user experience testing with the Physical Planners at URA. Explored and gathered new ideas from discussion as well.
13 March 2015 Slides	Did a walk-through of the application to gather feedback on the features developed.
18 March 2015	No slides as it is a demonstration on the application to the sponsors, following up on the meeting we had on 13 March 2015.
24 March 2015 Slides	Clarified accessibility methodology with the sponsors.
7 April 2015 Slides	Presented the full application to the directors of the Information Systems and Applications team at URA. They are very satisfied with the application.
