Project Management

JFI Gantt.png

The scope of work in this project can be split into 4 key phases. The first phase will be establishing the parameters of the project (from Week 0 to Week 2). During this phase, we will be in close contact with our sponsors, and the phase encompasses the project proposal submission milestone, resolution of administrative matters such as non-disclose agreement outlining, and acquisition of the data.

The second phase will be the preparation of the data (from Week 2 to Week 8). Here, we will have obtained the data and will begin exploratory data analysis and data cleaning.

The third phase will be building the models (Week 8 to Week 12). With a clearer understanding of the data on hand, we will begin fitting the data to each model as appropriate, in a variety of ways in order to determine which is most successful.

The final phase will be delivery of findings (Week 13 to Week 14). Here we will focus on crafting a clear technical explanation in our paper.
