Also, from such a timeline diagram, we will be able to identify parallel tasks that have float time, so as to better allocate our time and resources for this practicum.

There has been some time-shift to the initial analysis as there were originally corruption in the dataset when the client had exported it from their database. Also, further delay was caused by the SAS license approval process. This revised scope factors that aspect in, and would be the one that we would be following until Finals.
