1.		The four areas are generally well-performed as feedbacked by Staff users. The areas with lower performance level than importance level are Facilities & Equipments and Information Resources.
2.		Others 1. Similarity For both libraries, they fare well in providing internet access to staff users. They generally provide good services to staff users for both libraries. Generally, staff members are able to find quiet places around the library. 2. Differences The big difference here is that the library website for KGC fared better in providing important information to Staff users. The library services are not as informed for LKS as compared to KGC for staff users.
3.		Business 1. Similarity Gernally, the service provided by the staff of both libraries are positively feedback by the Staff users as it meets their expectations. The resources are generally easily accessible away from campus. 2. Differences Printing and scanning facilities are not as important to staff users but they fared better than what they have expected. The staff are well informed by LKS website on the services that they have. Information resources in the library (DVDs, books, journals) does not fully satisfy what the staff users need from LKS as deemed by their higher level of importance for these under information resource.
