- The areas with lower performance level than importance level are Facilities & Equipments and Information Resources.

- For both libraries, they fare well in providing internet access to staff users.
- They generally provide good services to staff users for both libraries.
- Generally, staff members are able to find quiet places around the library.

- The big difference here is that the library website for KGC fared better in providing important information to Staff users.
- The library services are not as informed for LKS as compared to KGC for staff users.

1. Similarity
- Gernally, the service provided by the staff of both libraries are positively feedback by the Staff users as it meets their expectations.
- The resources are generally easily accessible away from campus.
2. Differences
- Printing and scanning facilities are not as important to staff users but they fared better than what they have expected.
- The staff are well informed by LKS website on the services that they have.
- Information resources in the library (DVDs, books, journals) does not fully satisfy what the staff users need from LKS as deemed by their higher level of importance for these under information resource.

1. Similarity
- Wireless accessibility by staff users are generally good as it performed up to the importance level as given by the staff users.
- Online resources (databases, books) are useful for staff users in the Information Systems school.
- Library staff as feedbacked earlier provided accurate answers to enquiries to Staffs from Information System School
2. Differences
- The expectation of computer availability in these areas are of low yet the performance level of computer availability signifies that the computer is not as available as a service in LKS.
- The Library website is not as useful in telling the service as compared to other schools.
- The library fare poorly as apposed to the importance on the library anticipating the needs of Information System's Staff based on the online enquiry system.
