Ang Mo aims to propose changes to current land use or propose new land use in order to better meet the needs of residents in terms of housing, transport and facilities. By analysing existing and projected trends of its demographics, the evaluation of current location and quality of amenities, we would identify the gaps in the needs of these residents and provide recommendations to reduce these gaps. |
