DreamWorks: Proposal
The Housing Development Board (HDB) is the primary source of information for all things related to housing estates in Singapore. However, the team identifies that there is a lack of context in the understanding of how the Singapore population influences the price of resale and rental in Singapore. Hence, the team would like to identify trends that would highlight the fluctuations in price and present a visual representation of the relevant data that is publicly available.

A similar visualization was made on Tableau Public and is published by HX Chua through a Hackathon known as DataDriven.sg.[1] The team would like to make a remodeled visualization that would improve readability and present insights that would be more crucial to users seeking such information.
