PROBLEM & MOTIVATION

The team recognizes that Singaporean generally has a high-interest to understand the Singapore real estate properties. However, the only reliable source is to rely on the Housing Development Board (HDB)'s website to find out more about the new block launches or the average pricing of flats within an area. The usual website that is frequented to find out information about a HDB block is accessed through this link: HDB Website

A similar visualization was made on Tableau Public and is published by HX Chua through a Hackathon known as DataDriven.sg.[1] The team would like to make some changes that would increase the fidelity of the dashboard and make a remodeled visualization that would improve readability and present insights that would be more crucial to users seeking such information.
