Overview of Calls, Meetings, Emails, Purchases over the years
From graphs above it can be safely concluded that over the years the trend of calls, emails, purchases remain same. But number of meetings company does have steadily increased over years. The difference in number of meetings in December 2015 and December 2017 is huge. With purchases and communication channels mostly depicting similar trend in all years, we can say the company has not expanded its human resources much.

If the company is not growing, have personnel involved in the company changed ?
By finding answer to this, we can conclude whether over the two and half years, have company organization structure undergone significant changes. For this we will look at number of unique origins and destinations of communication channels, over the months of the year.
By using "Jaccard coefficient" which measures similarity between finite sample sets, and is defined as the size of the intersection divided by the size of the union of the sample sets, we can compare whether personnels have changed over time.
