Deduction
From the explorations in Q2, it is likely the vandalism has occurred in Creighton Pavillion. Looking specifically at senders in this location,
we see the increase in comms from 11.29am spiking at 11:44, dropping momentarily, before reaching the 2nd spike at 12pm. Hence it is hypothesized that the discovery happens between 1130am to 12pm.
