Identify those IDs that stand out for their large volumes of communication.
Note: Please limit your response to no more than 4 images and 300 words. For each of these IDs
- Characterize the communication patterns you see.
- Based on these patterns, what do you hypothesize about these IDs?
Observation 1
- The top 2 Senders and Receivers are those with ID 1278894, followed by ID 839736 in terms of number of counts.
- The 3rd highest receiver is External (recoded as 1), with 62,077 messages received.
Observation 2
- The heatmap shows the top sender-receiver commmunciations by the number of messages received.
- The below table shows Top 5 Senders <-> Receivers Comms (Bi-directional), inferred from the heatmap.
Sender <- | -> Receiver | No. of Messages |
---|---|---|
839736 | 1149884 | 448 |
839736 | 1601276 | 387 |
839736 | 1217381 | 305 |
839736 | 1711922 | 275 |
839736 | 1092525 | 234 |
Observation 3
- ID_839736 is usually at North Entrance, moves to West Entrance on Sunday 8 am
- ID_1278894 is usually at North Entrance, moves to East Entrance on Sunday 12pm
Observation 4
- ID 839736 sends messages throughout the days, with a spike on Sunday 12pm.
- ID_1278894 appears to send messages every 2 hour interval.
Deduction:
- The high communications activity (to seemingly possible all visitors) observed by the 2 IDs and the relative stagnant movement of these 2 IDs showed that these 2 IDs probably belong to the park services.
- From the above observations, as ID 839736 sends messages throughout the days, it is highly probable that ID 839736 belongs to the Cindysaurus Trivia Game service, which promised 'hours of fun'.
- ID_1278894 send messages intermittently and it could be belong to the park's ranger/help service.
