Background
Purchasing a house is one of the most important thing in our life. However, the apartment price in Singapore is terrible and hard to be afforded. Based on 634 entries in the past 12 months from 122 contributors, the average price square meter to buy apartment in city center is S$23,611.40, some even up to S$32,291.73 per square. As for outside of center, the average price per square meter is also above S$10,000.

Visualization and Analysis
↑The picture above shows the shares of the resale public housing supply of town and flat type in 2005. It illustrates the quantity of resale public house in the edge of Singapore (like Tampines, Woodlands and others, nearly all of them are located in the end of the East West_Line or the top of the North_South Line) is large than other areas.
As for the flat type, 3-5 rooms have the maximum supply, and are generally above 300.
In the supply of the resale public house in Singapore, the floor area sqm from 60 to 120 is the majority. Too small and too large houses are not the main supply.
