Abstract
Problem & Motivation
We want to explore the private properties supply and private property prices in 2015. We would like to know how property prices distributed among different areas and regions in Singapore; how property prices distributed against time, and what property type is more welcomed. By exploring data of supply, we are keen to know whether we should construct more or fewer certain types of property.
