Abstract

This project will give an overview of Singapore's property market in 2015 by using graphs to show trends related to the price and the supply of the property. Thus some potential buyers can know more about about the market and make better decisions.

Problem & Motivation

Nowadays, buying private property is many people's desire. For some people, they want to make an investment. So it is really good if they can buy an condominium because they can rent it our and condominium has a high chance to gain more value. For some other people, they may want to live in a better environment. Also, many foreigners would like to be a citizen or permanent resident through buying private property in Singapore. So we would like to see the supply and price of houses in Singapore.

The data used for this project is got from URA. And the original data is split into several csv files so at first all these csv files need to be combined according to some rational.
