Project Manager - Rajiv
- Develop project plan with the team and ensure milestones are met appropriately
- Manage the team's performance of project tasks
- Responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the functional level
- Manage project risks and mitigation
- Facilitate weekly team check-in
- Ensures project deliverables are met
Lead Front-End – Su Yee
- Develop Front-end framework
- Ensures proper integration of front-end with back-end
- Work with lead UI/UX to ensure front-end interfaces are developed based on human centered design principles
- Prepares and maintains documentation for the front-end
Lead Back-End – Xiao Rong
- Design technical architecture of application
- Develop back-end logic and functionalities
- Ensures proper integration of back-end with front-end
- Prepares and maintains documentation for the back-end
Lead GIS Developer – Si Hua
- Procures and prepares data to be used in the GIS
- Ensures that map layers are properly exported and meet client requirements
- Envision and develops the appropriate mapping functions
- Assists with integration of back-end logic with the GIS
- Prepares and maintains documentation for the Geographic Information System
Lead UI/UX Designer - Kelvin
- Envision and develop prototype and iteratively gather feedback for improvement
- Develop and maintain the overall design, graphics and visual interfaces of web application
- Work with lead front end to translate designs into front-end code
Lead Quality Assurance – Ted
- Develop and conduct test plans and test cases
- Works across the development stack to identify quality issues and raise them for triage with the appropriate functional leads
- Maintain Bug reporting and resolution tracking sheet
- Proof-reads documentations and project deliverables
