Technical Inability to fully integrate with Scoot’s databases during planned testing and integration of the applications, due to the complexity of their databases. Medium Low M1 The team will regularly meet with client to ensure that mirrored databases are in sync, and will also test them regularly.
Project Management There may be very last minute and big changes to the project due to wrong estimation. High Low H1 The team will meet regularly to review the project schedule and time required for each tasks.
Client Management Unwillingness of instructors or flight operations department to adopt the proposed solution due to preferences to stick to the old system. Medium Low M1 The team will meet client fortnightly to ensure client requirements are are constantly aligned.
