1 Requirement Risk The scope will change based on the process with the functions. Medium High A 1) The team will communicate regularly with the client to ensure that any change are quickly manage by the team.
2 Adoption Risk It will be difficult to convince the users to change their preference of using photoshop and other application. Medium High A 1) The team will have regular meeting and user interface consultation with all the different stakeholder such as faculty members and students. This is familarise the stakeholders with the application so that it will be easier for them to adopt the application.
3 Technology Risk Data collected and technology available may not be able to fulfill the requirements from the teaching team. Medium High A 1) Research on other technology such as highcharts.

2) More discussions with client to collect other data required for the analysis.

TECHNICAL COMPLEXITY

    Problem 1:
  • The chart does not display as the number of the technologies for different team is different.
  • The chart is unable to be created as the value become undefine when it try to loop.


Solution:

Edit the technologies values to add “-end” to the data so that it signify that it is the last value.

    Problem 2:
  • Hard to see the value of the technology when there are many data point.
  • The tool tip does not show the technologies combination.


Solution:

Determine the hovered value and display the tooltip data based on it.

    Problem 3:
  • The charts are not link together so it cannot be crossfilter.


Solution:

Have to use the same data souce and create the dimension and grouping.
