Test Plan

Venue: Conference room at the urology center at SGH
Date: 14/2/2018
Time: 9.30am - 12.30am
Duration: around 15 minutes each
Number of participants: 5

  • We liaised with our clients to recruit our participants - nurses who are working in the urology center at SGH.

Objectives

1. Gather feedback on the mobile application based on the developed functionalities
2. Identify potential areas of improvement on the user interface and user experience

Tasks

For this user testing, the nurses have to attempt the 2 tasks as shown below:

1. Register a patient with the following details as shown below.
Patient ID: S1234567G
Year of Birth: 1960
Education Level: PSLE
Race: Chinese


2. Patient S1234567G uroflow result is ready for entry. Key in the patient’s uroflow result as shown below.
Peak Flow Rate: 30 ml/s
Voided Volume: 150 ml

Goals

1.Participants should find the application useful in registering the patients.
a) (quantitative, question) "How useful do you think the mobile application (iPad) is for registering a patient?" (scale of 1 to 5)(target:average 3 or higher)
b) (qualitative, question) provide an explanation for the choice of rating

2.Participants should find it easy to input a patient’s uroflow result.
a) (quantitative, question) "How easy do you think the mobile application (iPad) is for you to input a patient’s uroflow result? " (scale of 1 to 5)(target:average 3 or higher)
b) (qualitative, question) provide an explanation for the choice of rating

3.Participants should find the design of the application aesthetically pleasing.
a) (quantitative, question) "How do you find the aesthetic design of the web application? " (scale of 1 to 5)(target:average 3 or higher)
