Project Progress SummaryThis section will highlight the progress and changes since midterm.
Project HighlightsSince midterms, there is one change to the project requirements:
Project ChallengesDescribe areas of the project that were particularly difficult and how they were dealt with, whether successfully or not. Again, a few sentences are enough. If there are no challenges, remove this section. Project AchievementsMethods, technologies, processes, teamwork, etc. which were particularly successful – highlight things which worked very well towards completing the project. A bulleted list of one to two sentences each will do. If there are no achievement, remove this section. Project ManagementProject Status
Project Schedule (Plan Vs Actual)The new features are being circled in red as shown below:

TestingTo view the user testing we conducted, click here. ReflectionTeam ReflectionOur FYP journey as a team has been challenging yet enriching & fulfilling. It all begin when our team took up the challenge to enhance patients’ urological healthcare experience, targeted at the elderly (males >= 50 years old). We overcame the uncertainties and unfamiliarity when it comes to empathizing with the elderly in order to enhance the usability of the mobile application to meet their needs. In addition, we experienced and learnt how to manage scope creeps and stakeholders’ expectations while abiding to the hospital’s stringent regulations. As individuals, we acknowledged our personal growth in the technical and project management aspects. Collectively, the experience of delivering a product that fulfills the business requirements is indeed rewarding. Individual ReflectionDescribe in a paragraph, the key areas of learning or improvement. These should be personal areas of growth or learning. Each individual should list his/her effort, responsibility, actual contributions and personal reflection. Do not repeat team project contributions or member roles. Link if necessary.
