User Testing 3
Procedure
1. A Task List where they will first experience a walkthrough of the TFM system and thereafter complete tasks using LearnEngage.
2. A Post Questionnaire for User Interface Satisfaction
Test Objectives
Do former TFM users see the value proposition of LearnEngage?
Do users find it easy to track the ongoing simulation progress of their Learners on a Course, Class and Individual level?
Can users find the variables and charts easy to interpret?
Do users find the statistical information insightful?
Overall comments
1. Ongoing Simulation Module
a) Users are generally fine with the information displayed.
b) Users commented appropriate choice of color and design
2. Course Progress Module
a) Include a “Helper” icon for each chart to aid users in interpreting more from the charts.
3. Class Report Card Module
a) Users are generally fine with the information displayed.
b) Users commented appropriate choice of color and design
4. Simulation Breakdown Module
a)Users in general find the simulation breakdown easy to understand this round compared to UT2. It is mainly due to:
i. Appropriate color coding of data points to different Learners’ performances in the easy/medium/hard scenarios
ii. Good to use green and red to indicate correctness of each learner in a quiz taken.
iii. Summary table was appropriate
b) Users ask for more layman explanation of the statistical insights displayed.
