1) After choosing date, not very obvious that he has to close the calendar. Suggestion – auto close calendar?<br>

2) Create lead UI is not optimized yet. Sales form looks squashed. Could not read some of its details clearly. Suggestion – revert back to previous UI which takes up the whole screen instead.<br>

3) Reading emails from inbox and sent email shows a weird blank image before it loads up the email inside. Is it meant to be a loading image but did not display properly?<br>

4) Sending email is quite intuitive. Very clean and neat. <br>

5) Attaching file to the email seems to be giving off error message. <br>

6) Site Surveyor UI has been optimized for IPad and it is very nicely done. Easy to navigate around now. <br>

7) Notification messages have helped improved the user experience with the system as it is able to direct them to page that needs their attention.<br>

  • To identify possible usability issues with modules completed thus far

Users: 4 users, 1 Payroll & HR Staff, 1 Admin Staff, Hakim (Director), Wayne (Mentor)
Date: 11th August 2016, Thursday 10am

1. Human Resource Module

  • Add button for create new employees not working
  • Add 'Work Permit' for create new employees
  • Add 'Nationality' for create new employees
  • Leave 'NRIC' field as empty box instead of making the alphabets static for create new employees
  • Include option for 'FIN' for create new employees
  • Change the hours of 1 working day from 9 to 8 hours
  • Have the ability to create a new type of leave for 'Leave/MC'
