In a supply chain flow, it consists of 4 different types of key players such as supplier which will be supplying raw materials to the manufacturer and manufacturer will be manufacturing it before sending to the Distribution Center to store and lastly sending it to the different customers.
All these key players are located at different locations and while transporting goods from one area to another area, a certain amount of carbon is being produced. In today’s environment whereby business are taking carbon emission into considerations, supply chain decision makers needs to take a long time to plan different routes that is able to minimise Time, Cost and Carbon Emission.
