The objective of Team Phoenix's Schedule Metric is to track overall progress of Team Phoenix and discuss appropriate action(s) when necessary.
Points Calculation:
[Actual Number of Days] / [Planned Number of Days] to get a percentage point. Point that was calculated will determine the actions based on the mitigation strategy below.
