Description |
While drafting resumes and cover letters has always been a predominant problem faced by many job seekers, the process of screening applicants’ resumes and cover letters has also been an equally tedious process faced by many companies. Although the emergence of employment portals have provided job seekers with the platform to meet prospective clients, and for companies to recruit potential talents, the problems previously mentioned are still prevalent.
