Initially, our team started off with the idea of having an interactive mall directory, in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) panel, that would aid shoppers to find a particular place or to decide on a place to go to within a shorter period of time, instead of poring over the directory for more than 15 minutes. The directory will serve as another marketing platform which allows tenants to upload their promotions to the directory, engage shoppers through social media by allowing shoppers to rate and comment on mall tenants' Facebook page and have comprehensive categorization and information to ease the search for a place. However, as our client, CapitaMall, is looking for more fun and interactive ways to engage shoppers, our team will be coming up with an interactive wall display instead.
