IS480 is a test of the sum of what we have learnt in SIS, hence the name “Application Project”. The team will be leveraging on the language we are most familiar with — Java, and also to be testament to the tagline of “Learning to Learn” by working with unfamiliar aspects such as ontology reasoning and SAP HANA. In Mind Computing deems this project viable in many industries by virtue of the use of ontologies. In addition, leveraging on the cloud model would allow the firm to rapidly roll out the solution to its clients.
