Its main aim is to provide quick and easy job placements through web posting and matching recruitment for employers and job seekers. This system will support the 3 main stakeholders - the Administrator, Employers and the Jobseekers. For the Administrator, he will be able to manage all the accounts in the system and able to configure the interfaces, billings and the resumes. An additional requirement of Timesheet Management will also be included. Employers are able to purchase credits to either post job placements or to search for job applicants for a specific position. They will then be able to view applicants who have responded and request for a more detailed resume. Finally for the jobseekers, they can search and apply for their preferred jobs immediately or post their resumes online for exposure to potential employers. They are able to build their resumes online with the tool provided too. Through this system, employers searching for the suitable candidate are able to do so with better ease, speed and reliability. Similarly for the job seekers, a higher possibility of securing the dream job with lesser hassle as compared to the tradition job agency method. All these functions will also be highly customizable by the administrator from the backend system.

SMU Gym Primary objective in this project is to re-engineer the current operating processes of the gym. Thus, by deploying a scalable and extensible IT infrastructure which includes a desktop application and a web application, This project is aimed to streamline their external facing operations to improve the quality of service to their customers, facilitating internal management of their staff and alleviating the managerial load in staff management. Below are overview of desktop and web application Desktop Application- A desktop application will be developed to facilitate a smooth flow of signing in/out of users. The application includes allocation of gym resources such as lockers. It also encompasses real time status of gym operation allocation and also incident reporting. This includes the usage of hardware such as barcode scanners to speed up the registration process. The development of this application will be using C# Web Appliation - With the desktop application as the main support for actual operation backbone, our team will also be developing a web application that allows remote access of the gym system. The web application includes multiple functions such as roster bidding for staff, allocation of job schedules and also remote handling of administrative information. The development of this web application is based on ASP.Net with particular emphasis on user friendliness and modular designing to facilitate development. Security will also be a prominent feature as it has direct access to the gym’s server would expose it to higher risks.

iLab This project revolves around using ATM at home. Since bank customers are apprehensive about internet banking, Bankeroos hope to encourage the usage of ATM cards to do daily transactions from their own personal computers at home. This project is a platform for carrying out bank transactions, a midway between internet banking and ATM. The scope of this project is beyond providing daily ATM functions. Money manager, advertising, online payment are some of the features to add value to the iSlide system. Bankeroos hope to bring banks to your convenience at home.

Standard Chartered Bank OLIAS will be designed and developed using Manifold Internet Map Server (IMS) as the core technology component, with the capability to display vector maps and layers with customized country-specific in-built queries/analytics on a single platform. It is a business support tool that will aid the management team in business analysis especially in the areas of Market Potential Analysis, Mergers and Acquisitions, Branch Network Analysis for optimization of the current branches and ATM network, and also, Marketing and Sales Campaign Analysis.
