Number of Participant(s): 2 Doctors, 1 Head Nurse, 12 Nurses

Objectives
- Gather feedback from Doctors to improve the evaluation of the analytics shown
- Evaluate the ease of use for detailed charts and data visualization module
- Assess usability of nurse reporting module and alert module in terms of efficiency
Scope of UAT 2
- Data Visualization Module/li>
- View Resident Health Trends with the new breakdown of graphs
- Evaluation of each resident health status
- Interaction with detailed charts/graphs
- Sensor Management Module
- View sensors monitoring data to manage resources
- Nurse Reporting Module/li>
- Start/End of Daily Shift Forms Reporting
- Start/End of monthly risk assessment reporting

- Start/End of nurse interaction with mobile alerts
Procedures
- Task instruction is passed to specific Users
- Users are briefed on the User Test and advised to think aloud as they proceed with testing
- Users are given minimal assistance during the test procedure
- During the testing, crucial factors such as time taken to complete, output of each task will be filled in by the Users.
- During the testing, team members will record behaviors, think aloud data and enquiries from our Users.

Overall Results/Comments
- User interface can be further enhanced to be more intuitive by making clickable items more obvious which will cut down time for user to make assumptions to find the correct process flow to do a specific task
- Clients were pleased with Team IE progress and commended on the ease of use of our application
