Change Management:
Scoot is currently in the midst of a business merger and Team Scooter are aware that changes to the requirements may change at any point.
To manage the changes, Team Scooter have came to an agreement with our sponsor on the following:

1) New feature requested by sponsor
2) Modification to current feature requested by sponsor

Evaluation Measures
1) Impact
a. Does the Change affect the current development of the application?
2) Time
a. Can the Change fit into any iterations? Do we have enough buffer time for the Change?
3) Knowledge and Complexity
a. Do we have the knowledge and ability to deliver the change?
4) Resource
a. Do we have adequate resource for the change?


Change Requests from Sponsor
